Shipping

Every Thing ships from Renton, Washington. We ship anywhere in the United States via EasyPost — typically USPS Priority or UPS Ground, depending on size and destination.

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the label is created.
• Flat-rate shipping on most orders. Exact cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Bulk and wholesale orders: reach out for a custom freight quote. We will find the most affordable carrier for your volume.
• Every order is packed by hand. If your Thing arrives with damage, let us know — we will make it right under The Pledge.

US-only for now. International shipping is something we would like to offer — email us if you are outside the States and we will tell you honestly what is feasible.

Returns

Things are meant to work. If yours does not — for any reason — we will replace it. Our warranty runs on a handshake, but here is how it works in writing:

• Send an email to tyler@madisoninnovations.com with your order number and a picture of what went wrong.
• We will ship a replacement — same address, no extra charge. Keep the broken one, or send it back so we can study the failure and make the next batch better.
• If we cannot fix it with a replacement, we will refund you. Simple as that.
• You have one year from the purchase date to claim a warranty replacement.
